NE4 DJS Cancellation & Refund Policy

NE4 DJs LTD understands that circumstances may arise where clients need to cancel their DJ service bookings. However, due to the nature of our business and the commitment required to secure bookings, deposits paid to secure DJ services are non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by the client:

  1. Notification Period: Clients must notify NE4 DJs LTD of their cancellation at least 9 months prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  2. Rescheduling: In certain cases, NE4 DJs LTD may allow clients to reschedule their event date, subject to availability and agreement between both parties. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.

  3. Force Majeure: NE4 DJs LTD understands that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or extreme weather events, war, terrorism, public health emergencies, pandemics, and epidemics, government acts, and acts of God may necessitate cancellation. In such cases, NE4 DJs LTD will work with the client to find an alternative solution, which may include rescheduling the event or providing credit for future services.

  4. Refund Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of NE4 DJs LTD, if cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances beyond the client's control. Valid documentation or evidence may be required to support the request for a refund.

  5. Contractual Agreement: By paying the deposit for DJ services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.


Cancellation by NE4 DJs LTD:


  1. In the rare event that NE4 DJs LTD must cancel a booking after the deposit has been paid, the entire deposit amount will be refunded back to the client. NE4 DJs LTD will make every effort to provide advanced notice in such circumstances and will work with the client to minimise inconvenience.

This addition ensures fairness and accountability in the unlikely scenario of NE4 DJs LTD needing to cancel a booking after a deposit has been paid.


Confirmation of Bookings: Bookings are not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received to secure the date. NE4 DJs LTD will not hold or reserve dates without a deposit. Once the deposit has been paid and processed, the booking will be considered confirmed, and the agreed-upon services will be reserved for the client's event date.
